but I can be calm.

be light around,
but I can be awake.
Gusts may try to
sweep me off
but I can hold on.
I may come across
frowns and gruff
but I can still smile.
You may not keep
your promises
but I can wait
and move on.
I may not be all
wise but still
I can listen
to the wisdom
of my body.
