I am with this moment
living it fully
amidst the noise and the din
of everyday living
breathing slowly
feeling every muscle
taking the breeze on my bare back
it caresses the nape of my neck
sensuously
and then suddenly
my mind goes back
to all those
sensuous touches
and
living
of the moment
slips out of
my hand
and they say -
Sands of Time.
