Time was when
life was a burden
to be carried with
anguish;
flowers taught me
to bloom
without shame
giving out all
one has
unreservedly.
That's the purpose
of living
and in giving
I gave away
the burden
of responsibility
and felt light
and then saw
the whole world
blooming into
plentifulness.
