in life
and so in everything.
I don't like to carry 
an ounce extra
even in my body.
Everything is
just what is needed 
and nothing more
and so everything is 
taut
no slackness anywhere
Every moment 
is thus sacred to me
not to be wasted
on matters
that don't matter.
Life is made that way
and I make my life
that way.
