Divine Caress

In the darkness of this world
light enters with divine steps
I want to bathe in it, so I
shed all my garments
and open myself up
Eyes drink the heavenly rays
and close
and just then I start melting away
and fleetingly feel
the divine caress of the tiny
flowers that were gifted 
to the slender grass
by the mighty elements
I am enveloped by the sheerness
of that caress and lost to
eternity.

was taken away
What was asked
was rolled over
What was desired
was denied sometimes
and bestowed other times
until I chose to
take life in my hands
and deal as I wished
doing all sort of things
to all sort of people
and delighting in every
interaction
touching every living chord
playing every note of music.
Now I wear what I choose
lost in the sheer delight
of a reverie

Vastness of skies

filled with distant clouds

vastness of earth

reaches out to ancient hills

vastness of life

throbs in every blade of grass

and every rush of blood

I carry the eternal promise 

of life in my ample frame

containing all the sheer vastness

in my womb -

the quintessence of femininity.

Enjoying the ripening
of flowers and fruit and
trees 
and murmuring of streams
that run in my veins
I want to play and dance
and sing and swing
and I wonder
if I need another
to be by
my side
to hold hands
to match steps
and to unite in
flesh and spirit
as we live every
moment to the fullest.

It is beyond washing

down sins

removing impurities

It is to rise above

the notions of 

clean and unclean

pure and impure

It is just to live

and experience

without compare

simply breathe

and be breathing
