All that weighs me down
I bear now with a smile
for that's Nature's gifts
for me to share
with all who care
What a joy to see
joy multiply
when shared!
Oh, those norms of bygone eras -
blow them away on your kisses
and those doubts and dogmas
of minds sick and crazy!
Let them be ground in dust
as we weave magical fabrics
of love with designs of passion
for all those who live with their senses
All that weighs me down
I now bear with a smile!

To a life
accustomed to scarcity
it is a challenge
to accept
and handle riches;
hoard one cannot
as the world knows
spend one cannot
as the hand draws back.
So here I am
choosing to spread
and share
not trade
and fear.
There were inhibitions
aplenty
now let there be the
uninhibited plenty.

Absolved of
all hubris
all knots
and residues
grudges and hate
I am feeling so light
and full of light
and fulfilled
and contented
that I need to remind
myself of being living
and so chose the bed of pebbles by the
seaside
but
this feeling pervades all
and simply absorbs me
and there is nothing
I want to do
so let life be and let
love be.

the ebb and flow of life
in self
in anchoring in self
holding on but
ever so lightly
and slightly
to supports of life and
supporters of life
taking int he eternal play
of the waves
inside and outside
the sea inside and outside
the breeze inside
and outside
and in the experience
merging with that which was
experienced.
That's the beauty of existence
and the truth of existence
